Snake Hill Permaculture
Hi we are Ed and Maya and we are excited to share our permaculture journey with you! We hope that this website can be a resource for permaculture in Western New York as well as be a “diary” of our work to rehabilitate marginalized land and get it to be a food producing paradise as well as a place to learn about preparedness in our changing world.
Here in Western New York we are a Temperate continental climate, class B-humid in plant hardiness zone 6b.
We recognize and honor that we now reside on Seneca land which was also Erie land. We’re putting our theory into practice and we’re happy to share our journey with you!
